Other walk in services:

  • On-site diagnostics for quick results, including EKG, and lab tests, such as rapid strep, flu, urinalysis, and pregnancy testing. Gateway patients receive priority X-ray services at our nearby sister office, Samaritan Medical Care Center.
  • Department of Transportation, sport, camp, college, and school physicals (Note: immigration and annual physicals by appointment only).
