Accepting New Patients

Please follow these three steps to declare us as your Primary Care Provider:

  1. Select from one of the below providers accepting new primary care patients.
  2. Call your insurer using the number on the back of your insurance card to update your primary care provider (PCP).
  3. You will receive a new insurance card after the change in 30-45 days. Call Gateway Family & Urgent Care to make an appointment.
