Accepting New Patients
Please follow these three steps to declare us as your Primary Care Provider:
- Select from one of the below providers accepting new primary care patients.
- Call your insurer using the number on the back of your insurance card to update your primary care provider (PCP).
- You will receive a new insurance card after the change in 30-45 days. Call Gateway Family & Urgent Care to make an appointment.
