Virtual Visits With Our Doctors

We are pleased to be offering telephone and FaceTime visits with our providers. You can call in to our office to schedule an appointment and our staff can help you determine if a virtual visit will work for you or if it’s appropriate to come into the office.

How to have a telephone visit in 2 steps

  1. Call (408) 364-7600 to make an appointment. Be sure to have your driver’s license and insurance card available.
  2. When it’s time for your appointment you will receive a phone call (or Facetime call if applicable).

What can be discussed with a virtual/phone visit?

  • COVID-19 symptom advice
  • Chronic disease management
  • Fever and flu
  • Seasonal allergies and allergic reactions
  • And more

In case of a medical emergency, always call 911 immediately.

What you can do to stop the spread.

Whether you are healthy or not, please avoid crowds and gatherings of any size for the time being. By practicing social distancing, you can reduce germ transmission to others and help protect the most vulnerable members of our communities. Elderly and immunocompromised individuals are at greater risk for COVID-19, so we all need to do our part to prevent the spread of illness to those populations and others.
